These Terms govern your use of the GlowCheck AI mobile application and website at glowcheckai.app (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
By downloading, accessing, or using GlowCheck AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. Keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You must be at least 13 years old to use GlowCheck AI; if you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian before using the Service.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use GlowCheck AI on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or redistribute the app or any part of it, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits such activity notwithstanding this limitation.
You retain ownership of the data you provide to GlowCheck AI, including your photos, scan results, and routine data. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that data solely to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. This license ends when you delete your account or the relevant data. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Skin analyses, Glow Scores, routine recommendations, product suggestions, and other outputs produced by the Service are generated by artificial intelligence. These outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You are solely responsible for how you use or rely on any AI-generated content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any output.
GlowCheck AI provides informational content and personalized suggestions for general skincare and wellness. It is not a medical device, and nothing in the Service constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The analyses, scores, and recommendations the Service produces are not a substitute for professional medical advice. If you have a skin condition or health concern, consult a licensed dermatologist or healthcare provider. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have seen in this app.

Optional in-app purchases and subscriptions are billed through the App Store and governed by Apple’s payment terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device’s Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. We do not process payments directly.
The Service relies on third-party providers to function, including Anthropic (AI analysis), Apple (authentication, weather data, health data, payments), and public product databases (Open Beauty Facts, Open Food Facts). Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
All rights, title, and interest in the Service — including its design, code, branding, and original content — belong to GlowCheck AI or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand features without prior written consent.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT ANY ANALYSIS OR RECOMMENDATION WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR EVERY USER.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GLOWCHECK AI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) US $50.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GlowCheck AI and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from in-app Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if continuing to provide you access would pose a risk to other users or our systems. On termination, your license ends and we will delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, stop using the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflicts-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GlowCheck AI regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
